With 20 years of experience in law enforcement, Mike brings a wealth of investigative expertise to the Cold Case Project of Monterey County. Holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, he has dedicated his career to solving complex cases, including homicides, sexual assaults, and missing persons investigations.

As a former detective, Mike worked extensively in major crime investigations before advancing to leadership roles, where he supervised a detective bureau and directed a local violence and narcotics task force. His deep commitment to justice and victim advocacy drives his work with the Cold Case Project of Monterey County, supporting efforts to bring closure to families affected by unsolved crimes.

Outside of his professional life, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, practicing martial arts, and riding motorcycles. His passion for investigative work and dedication to serving the community make him a valuable asset to the organization.
